Special Valentine Yoga

Kathie will lead you through a flow of heart opening postures followed by a special Yoga Nidra practice. We will then share a special mocktail and of course some delectable chocolate. Wear comfortable clothes, dress in layers and bring your own blanket if you wish. The studio does provide some mats, props and blankets.
