About the event
A four-week series of classes where we will break down the postures with a heavy focus on alignment for your body. We will start with Sun Salutations, move on to standing, seated 1 and seated 2. Our last class will be a full practice of the entire Present Power Flow. Class Minimum of 6 with a maximum of 15. $100 per person. Pre-registration Required up to one week in advance.
